Joe graduated National Holistic Institute of massage's core and Advanced Neuromuscular therapy program totaling 1250 hours.
He has a great passion for helping people better themselves and found his calling when he started coaching CrossFit in 2014. Throughout the years as an athlete and coach he found himself and other athletes getting injured or having nagging pains. Without traditional education or training on how to help themselves, they did what anyone at the time did. Searching YouTube, and asking questions, these experiments sparked his interest in massage therapy. The more he learned the stronger his calling grew.
Through massage therapy Joe is not only be able to help those close to him, but he is able to make an impact on a much larger community. An Army veteran of over 12 years, Joe looks to continue to serve those around him making lasting impacts and gaining life long relationships.
Applying massage therapy as regular self-care allows everyone to help maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, whether you are running around keeping up with children, weekend warriors or pro-athletes. Regardless of your normal activities, regular massage therapy can help you maintain those activities for years to come.
When Joe isn't working you can find him in the gym with his wife and dogs, watching Packers football, or out in the wilderness enjoying the beautiful views the world has to offer.
